Will these chips let my car rev to 13,000 rpms like in fast and the furious? Will I gain as much horsepower as I did when I installed my electric turbocharger? My car is non-vtec so can this chip give me vtec?

Dude.. Obviously you don't realize what caliber of people you are dealing with here. There are at least 20+ people that have eprom burners and every .bin under the sun.

First off, you're going to have to be very specific as to what your chips offer and what ECU's they'll work in. Do that and then, maybe, you'll have the remote possibility of getting someone to read your thread.

have chips for no vtec-and vtec ecus p06-p28-p72 all ecus with spoon,shunk2,mugen specs kick vtec at 4,400 rev limit 9,900
