Real deal Garrett turbo; not a cheap knock off. No shaft play, no smoking, no leaking.

I ran this turbo on my 02 WRX for ~3K miles, so the turbo is practically brand-new. I can also include a Function7 4AN oil inlet flange with built-in restrictor; you would need to source an oil drain flange. Specs are:

Compressor housing: T04S (.70 A/R, 4 inch inlet)
Compressor flow: 61 lbs/min (781cfm)
Compressor trim: 60 trim
Turbine housing: T3
Turbine housing size: .82 A/R
Turbine outlet style: 4-bolt flange
Turbine wheel: 76 trim, Stage 3

Oil lubricated centersection with 360 degree thrust bearing.

I wouldn't do it... I doubt it'd be a good fit. A 60-1 would be a bit too large IMHO.

Yea, it's a larger turbo. Would be good for a big 4 cylinder or a 6 cylinder application.

Hell, I got a SC60 on my D15B. Uses the same wheel as the 60-1.
