It looks to be some variant of HT3B, used on 400 kW stationary diesel generators (among other applications) making 480 bhp at 1800 rpms.

That thing is so dieseled out that the hot side is twice as big as the compressor - best bet is to find a smaller chassis to stuff the compressor goodness onto, if you want to power a gas application.

Yeah, I did some searching and found that most people use them for TT applications using a smaller turbo to help this one. VERY laggy, even on a big diesel. :S

i was going to turbo a 454 but just use this single turbo. reving to 6500 its gotta spool on that

dans bored and stroked 302, run low 12's high 11's n/a and 11.20'a with NOS, but he wants to boost it, he bought good turbo headers and a cross over pipe already
