Maybe you shouldn't sell things online if you don't have your own Paypal. Stick to craigslist and local/regional forums where people can inspect the goods in person.

Go drop $50 on opening a bank account and debit card for Paypal usage, it'll take a couple weeks to get the accounts cleared but well worth it.
