Cloth yes. Passanger seat is shot car was t boned so that set is kinda bent up. It has gotten better since I took it off the car but I doubt it will ever be 100 percent staright. Sorry no trades I just threw away 6 seats myslef. Pick up is fine. 125 for front/rear picked up. No shippin on these.
