You seem to have forgotten that free health care in Canada means sub-par health care. If health care is government mandated, then why would the skilled doctors from, oh, I dont know, the USA, go to Canada and make much less money? There is no incentive for excellent doctors to practice in Canada, because the government dosn't pay them as well as private practice or a large hospital. So take your free health care and shove it up your ass.
