i have a mitsubishi 14b turbo with the wastegate welded shut. asking $75

blackcivic pm'ed and said he wanted it but that was over 3 weeks ago and i still dont have a money order, and he wont respond to any of my PM's. last i heard from him was november 12th...saying he sent out late? still no response. id be weary of buying/selling from him.

sorry. its no longer available. i found an exhaust housing finally, and im gonna boost the crap out of my d15 before i put the built d16 in. ill post the results.
