Turbo kit for D series Honda civics 1992-1999. Includes turbo, manifold, wastegate and downpipe.

*The air conditioning has to be removed in order for it to fit*

Turbo is a Garrett T3 48/60 that was rebuilt before I used it and has approximately 8K miles on it. Turbo was used with an oil restrictor valve and never had any oil or coolant leaks.

I built the ram horn manifold using sch40 mild steel piping and mild steel flanges. All flanges are flat and there are relief cuts between the runners on the head flange. Absolutely no cracks or damage to the manifold due to construction or use/misuse. Manifold was chemically cleaned and has a little bit of surface rust due to storage. I would recommend coating or polishing to reduce rusting/pitting. There was 0.5” gap between the top of the manifold and the bottom of the hood when used on my former 1994 civic – so no rubbing. All bolts that fasten the manifold to the cylinder head are used – unlike some poorly made manifolds. The wastegate port is the standard 38mm right off the collector.

The downpipe is 2.5” and doesn’t bolt up to any stock exhaust or aftermarket exhaust – it’s too short. You would have to cut the flange and extend the tubing a couple of inches. It has great oil pan and ground clearance. The wastegate exhaust is directed back into the exhaust. There is also an O2 sensor port towards the top. I recently cleaned all the road crud off it and prepped/painted it with 2000 degree black paint.

Wastegate is a Deltagate with a 3lb spring. I have all the gaskets for the wastegate/turbo and the internal wastegate housing for the turbo.

The isn't to much clearance between the turbo and the frame rail. I latter used a different intake adapter that was straight with an HKS mushroom filter. Not a problem but you can't use a typical cone filter.

Here's an old video that shows the car driving around town, high way pulls, launches from a stop and finally my bad breaks.

Thanks. approximately 8K miles over a year and a half. I bought the WG used so I'm not sure how old it is.
