isint it the lower K the hid kit is the more light it actually puts out?and the higher the number the more blue/purple it has to it? like the 3000k kit is actually brighter then the 8000k ?

yes. 3000k is too low. 5300 would be the best light output.

that would be 4100k-4300k.. i have bmw retrofit projectors in my teg w/ 4100k phillips d2s capsules (bulbs) and they're supposed to be the brightest.
