All wastegate flanges will accept the 35 and 38 mm.

I won't be able to tap for egt, it shouldn't take much though. ;) (Sorry)

The flange pointing straight down will allow your turbo to clear the block, unless your using a T88. ;D

Hope that answered all the questions. I will be updating the list with who has paid tomarrow. (I had a long day at work) Tomarrow is a good. ;)
