Hey guys. Got done putting 2.5" exhaust on my 1991 Capri XR2. Decided to take her out for a test drive so I pushed her a little, then a lot hahaha boosting 18psi never sounded so good. Then my turbo blew skyhigh from a backfire😑😤. Pieces of metal pertruding from the intake hose wasnt an easy sight to see. Closer inspection after getting escorted home by cops in chargers found the entire compressor side blown to pieces, actually snapped the shaft, but the turbine side kept winding up on the way home hahaha. Oil and coolant everywhere, new glass pack probably soaked in the mixture.😒😪

Anyway I need a new turbo obviously and I've been meaning to upgrade. Does anyone have a IHI RHB5 VJ11 turbo they wanna sell? Preferably $100 or less due to tight budget. I'm in New Jersey if u wanted pickup.
