HF Manifold Special for HMT Users

Special Deal for HomeMadeTurbo Users! (For a Limited Time Only!)

TunerToys offers HF Manifolds for your DIY D16 Turbo setup. These manifolds have been sandblasted, inspected for cracks or other imperfections, high temp painted, and have already been ported to gasket match the D16 Exhaust port pattern. We also include a new metal exhaust gasket.

Our goal is to provide the parts and services the average Tuner Guy or Gal may not have access to. Not everyone has the ability to do sandblasting or porting in their driveway or garage. We do all of that for you, so that your manifold is ready to bolt on.

These normally sell for $129.00 through our website, but for a limited time, for HMT users we are offering them for $109.00. This includes all the services above, plus the gasket, and UPS Ground Shipping to the 48 States. Write to us at sales@tunertoys.com to arrange your purchase. Be sure to include your HMT User name, and we'll make a $3 donation to HMT in your name for each manifold sold.

(Jeff works hard for us Turbo Tuners, and he needs our support!)

The site is still being developed, but there is some basic stuff there to browse. A few tech articles as well.

I'd make a really mean comment and offer the same for my six manifolds at half their price, but they're helping out HMT so I wont!!!!!

The HF manifolds do bolt up to D-series motors... porting them to match the D16 just makes better flow.

He is legit, but I do belive you don't get an adapter with the manifold..

Just the manifold, that has been blasted, & painted, that includes the gasket.

Jeff

this looks like a good deal for those of you in other countries that don't have access to junkyards with HFs or those of you without a sandblaster and die grinder

Re:HF Manifold Special for HMT Users

Hey Guys,

Sorry I didn't reply sooner, I hit Colorado for the holidays to do some snowboarding. It was great!

Anyway, to answer a few questions about the HF Manifold special. It does not come with the adaapter plate! We are working on as plate for the Mitsu TD04, but do not have them ready yet.

For your money, you'll get a sanblasted, port matched, crack-checked (visual), high temp coated, HF manifold. We even run a thread tap through the O2 Sensor port to make sure the threads are in good shape. You get the gasket too. (See the picture below...)

Our goal is to provide the services the regular tuner guy or gal may not have. Not everyone has a the tools required to perform these processes in their garage.

Check out our tech article http://www.tunertoys.com/tech/HFManifoldD16.htm on why port matching is important and how we do it here at Tuner Toys. The article could also serve as a guide for someone who has never done their own port matching.

There are also some tech articles on Intake systems and Exhaust systems. (Be patient, we are adding content as fast as we can.)

Check out the full website at www.tunertoys.com. We offer B16 Distributor rebuilds, and plastic model kits of your favorite tuner cars from Japan.

Thanks Guys! Send any questions to sales@tunertoys.com

We are getting ready to develop adapter plates for use with the HF Manifolds. We were planning to develop for the TD04 Turbo first. We will offer a package deal for those who purchase our manifolds and plates at the same time. How many of you would be intersted in this?

Reply and let us know!

Re:HF Manifold Special for HMT Users

Hey Guys,

We now include the genuine factory gasket with our exhaust manifolds. The gaskets from the local import parts store were not the level of quality we prefer.

Also, we are making a price increase in the next few days. Manifolds will increase to $149 purchased through the website, while the HMT Special will increase to $129.

As always, if you include your HMT Username when you make your purchase, we'll donate $3 to HMT in your name.

Thanks from Craig @ Tuner Toys

>:( this is the problem.. everybody wants something for nothing these days... i run an import shop, and most of you fuckers expect a 10 second car for under a grand it seems... I mean damn! these guys are putting time and effort and man hours into these manifolds, and i feel they are offering a damn good deal to all of us on this board, not to mention they are kicking down some bucks for the board. If you dont think its a good deal , then dont buy it.. but to talk so much ----.. jesus christ, what the ---- have you done for anyone??

get a life you cheap ------- bastards ( kine462, ZexRex , and anyone else )

my first post, but im not a damn newbie!

Re:HF Manifold Special for HMT Users

Then consider me a cheap bastard too...for the majority of us on this board, this is way too much to spend on a factory equipment piece that junkyards have for a fraction of this price. Yes, they are ported, but its hard to justify the inflated price for that, since people sell them on this board for way less. There is one guy on here having a hard time selling three of these for only a little more.
