Headgasket shims for B and D-series

Any interest?

I make these for Neon/Eclipse motors because the stock compression is 9.6 :1. With the Gasket I make for these Motors the compression is lowered to 8.1:1.

I can say that these have only been tested to about 16 psi. So don't ask me about crazy boost pressures because I don't have any Idea :P.

Anyway if I have 10 people interested I will make them. I may need some help from you guys on what the thickness should be I know Greddy makes them.

Here is how it works.....

Stock headgasket thickness on a Neon is .043

The Shim is .090

So the end result is a thickness is .133

So here's the deal...

1.) we would have to come up with 5-10 people interested

2.) Price would probably come in around $85.

3.) Material is 304 stainless steel precision laser cut.

4.) you would need a stock MLS headgasket to gaurentee a good seal - this one would just be installed in-between the MLS gasket.

This is great for a worn motor etc. or for higher boost pressure on stock internals.

This can be done with any year/model/motor just need the stock compression - and have 5-10 people interested.

First one goes to one of the moderators on this forum for testing FREE!
