I have been on the lookout for a turbo for a while now. how long will it take to recieve after order is placed?

T25 will run $389, T25 w/ T28 upgrade will run $439


Shipping's usually around $15-18 via FedEx (w/ tracking via email & insurance of course)


Turbos usually go out within 2-3 days of order and take 1-5 days for shipping depending on where you live. So figure around 5-7 days average.

While i'm here, can someone explane the difference between stage 1, 2, and 3 for the turbo. :D

Basically, the turbine "stage" is a way to refer to the size/trim of the exhaust turbine wheel.

Stg-1 (Smallest) Standard on most .42/.48 Garretts (saab, volvo, etc.)
Stg-2 (Medium) Comes on larger T3's, Standard on most T3/T04b
Stg-3 (Large) Standard on most T3/T04e
Stg-5 (X-Large) Somewhat overkill for a T3 based turbo. Comes standard on SC61's

There's a somewhat quick explanation. The size of the wheel will have an effect on spool time (smaller=faster) along with turbine housing A/R however a bigger wheel will usually give a little more top end (providing it is matched properly with the compressor wheel). Much like having a huge turbo in general, thinking you need a large turbine wheel "just because" will most times hurt performance rather than help.

Can you supply just the housings. I might be interesed in upgrading to a T3/T4, So I just need the Wheel, Housing, and backing plate.
