was a t2 flange but has t3 adapter plate welded on
and the wastegate hole was half welded shut. but i have a block off plate that can come with it.

dont know the seller but can vouch for some badass exhuast. that greddy evo 2 is one of my favorite exhuasts. if it came in 3" for a civic id buy it again. so i guess you could call this a free bump?
