FS: RX7 460cc injectors $55 shipped

This is a good working set of RX7 injectors and connectors. Very similar to DSM 450's. I take paypal... any questions ask

I hope they do really work good since it looks like someone took from a car in the junkyard....

They are ohm tested and I put +12V to them and they open.

FWIW I run 6 junkyard nissan injectors on my car, have been doing so for 20+k miles and make 400 hp to the floor...

adding 12v can also fry the injectors whitch are saposed to only see a very quick signal from the ecu

Do yourself a favor and read a little bit. Injectors get a constant 12V, the ecu GROUNDS them.

when there isnt a complete cercuit then there is no current running through the injectors. once the ecu very quickly grounds and realeases the injector then there is a little bit of current for a split second. now go and try holding you toaster on for 5 min and see what happens to the wiresa in it that are fine if its only on for a specified time. but its ok right? you dont have to read to know somthing. injectors are not made to be held on for longer then what they are designed for.

Well how do you think injectors are flow tested then? They are sent straight 12V to open them for 15 seconds to get the static flow reading. Perhaps you shall write an article on how this is so "bad?" Or how about cold start injectors, that are sent power (not pulsed) for 30 seconds or more while the engine is warming up? A toaster is completely unrelated. A heating element is NOT the same thing as an electrostatic coil.

Regardless, the point you are trying to make is completely irrelevant. I can see damage, maybe, if one were to power an injector for extended periods of time. Don't forget that an injector is just a modified solenoid. MANY automotive solenoids are perfectly fine being on for minutes at a time. That doesn't mean I'd do that with an injector, but I am simply saying. Hell, I have a dual stage boost controller with a solenoid from an 85 300zx. It isnt meant to get current to hold it open, but Ive gone on 200 miles trips with it on the entire time.
I tapped the injectors for a split second to hear a click to make sure they weren't frozen. Just as I have done to my injectors in my car now, and Ive been making some good power with them with no problems for a long time.

I know my stuff...
