Is the blow off valve in the picture included with the piping for 130?

sorry....no its not. The silver piece of piping as a whole probably won't be included because i'm shipping it to Hotrex to get IC Piping fabbed for me.

looks like the clutch is probably hanging around for a while.....someone take this stuff off my hands!!
