Thats gay...Greddy never made and air-water cooler....even if they did it wouldn't be all hacked up like that!!! Go scam someone else over on Ebay....we aren't your average shoppers here.

Re:fs: Greddy Air-To-Water INTERCOOLER

Are you sure Greddy never made an air-to-water unit or have you just never seen one? I haven't heard of it before myself, until I bought this one off someone locally. How is this hacked up? The welds and everything is of good quality, like my Type 31 front mount. You can say it's dirty but the quality is good.

Scammer? Do you even know me? I don't think I seen as anyone as rude and ignorant as you on the net...and that says a lot. It's obvious you're not interested in this, so why are you on my post? Do you have anything valuable to contribute to this post for others to read? No, nothing in your post is relevant besides your eloquent statement.

Quote from a movie to you sir. "---- you but have a nice day."

To get back on topic:

The Skunk2 is for the GSR (B18C) head.

I'll take another closer picture of the Greddy logo with the numbers when I get back home next week. Have to spend time with the gf at school.

how can your gf be so far away when you are using her to type right now?

Re:fs: Greddy Air-To-Water INTERCOOLER

You dumb ----! I blew up the photo in photoshop and it clearly says "Acura Integra Turbo Kit" It's obvious you or someone else took the sticker off the turbo kit and put it on some water-air intercooler made in someone's garage from some OEM sidemount intercooler... and are trying to pass it off as made by Greddy.....that intake manifold is probably just the stock manifold ported by the same fuckface that made the intercooler. Don't be mad at least i'm giving you a free bump. sir

Why are you guys bidding on this junk? I mean spend your money how ever you want but be careful of this guy. i'm not saying it isn't worth $50, just don't believe it's Greddy quality.

My guess, that looks like turborex's air-water setup, on his crx.

Re:fs: Greddy Air-To-Water INTERCOOLER

i mean that a $100 dollars is cheap right now for a IC water cooled if it doesnt laek and is pressure tested and if it comes with the rest of the pics, you know what i mean , if it test and works properly i dont mined spending a little cash but a side mount intercooler with a tyrus front mount and water injection this would be worth it,,,

specie 06-04-2003 04:42 PM

Re:fs: Greddy Air-To-Water INTERCOOLER

Thank you for the free bump.

I don't get provoked by an immature keyboard hardass. I'm not obligated to answer your questions not germane to the topic, but I'll do so this time for you. I'm away from home where the intercooler is. Yes, we go to college which sometimes involve moving away from mommy and daddy's house. It seems like you need some attention, but it's not my place to offer that. Please keep it on topic.

Please define junk. Please show me you setup so I can see how relative "junk" is. I was told it was Greddy by the seller, but I can't verify this information, so I'll just sell it as a generic air-to-water unit with all the parts shown in the picture.

200psi, your intelligence shines when you stated that the Intake Manifold (IM) is probably a ported stock one. If I was to sell a stock intake manifold as a Skunk2, why would I bother porting it. Anyone with any knowledge, knows that the Skunk2 intake manifold looks very different from a stock GSR intake manifold. Any porting wouldn't changed the physical shape of the runners. A skunk2 intake manifold is basically a duplicate of a itr im but with differently flanged for different heads. Honestly, if you don't know, just keep your ignorance to yourself.

Sorry, for stooping to your level. Can we have a truce?

If you have any questions, free free to e-mail me at khuynh@ufl.edu. You'll get a much quicker response there. Thanks.

Re:fs: Greddy Air-To-Water INTERCOOLER

We never had a problem.....I was just pointing out your selling of counterfeit parts...thats all. So I'm the ignorant one when you can't read a label and see that the label is not for the part it is on? ok. I'm glad to see your parts are now on Ebay, where they belong.
BTW- I am 3 quarters away from my BS degree so no need to bring up the college troubles.

Re:fs: Greddy Air-To-Water INTERCOOLER

HAHAHHA he says here that he will sell it as a generic air to water intercooler, but on Ebay he still says its a Greddy one. What an ------- trying to rip people off!

Re:fs: Greddy Air-To-Water INTERCOOLER

HELL if i remember right that he was tring to sell it on the classifieds not on ebay that must mean that he doesnt want to be buddy to buddy with the crew of homemadeturbo.com , right Abaz, seem like he is just trying to promote this item on ebay, well i was intersted in the item at hand but after you say stuping to our level it seems like you just did, i thought that everyone was good friend on sharing info and posting topics to read and reply on i guess i was wrong, i think that alot of users would agree on this subject, set me on fire and let me burn is what you did, ouch!!!!

Just call me the "Classifieds Police". Hope I helped somebody. I enjoy this board because of the entertaining and trustworthy people. I just sent $130 to a member of this board last night. I hope we can trust each other here.

Rolla1990- please read the whole ad before you post your comment. If you re-read it and missed it, read the bottom with the update.

THRESHOLD-I'm sorry you feel that way, it's not how it was intended. People are bidding on here, I figure it'll be better to make it official over at ebay. I spend more than $100 on this item, and if I were to sell it for $100 shipped and lose money on it, I'd rather just keep it for some time in the future.

Thank you Threshold. When I said "stooping to your level", that was directed to 2000psi.

2000psi, maybe I got screwed, but nonetheless, it'll still make a nice room ornament.

Mr. Classifieds police, could you post your setup? I still really like to see how relative "junk" is. Please entertain me.

Re:fs: Greddy Air-To-Water INTERCOOLER

Go to the forced induction forum...it's under the "here goes" post. That is what i am putting together right now. I used to have a turbo 97 civic back in 98 that ran 14.8's thats not fast but it was decent at least. Then I went to a 1990 eclipse GSX that ran a 13.4@ 111mph...Some lady hit me in the GSX and totalled it. now I'm back to honda...which i don't really mind. Go ahead, find something wrong with my setup! let me know.

specie 06-08-2003 05:55 PM

Re:fs: Greddy Air-To-Water INTERCOOLER

Here is some constructive criticism for a change:

Walbro pump is not needed since you have larger injectors
MSD 6AL is not necessary for the power you're making.
You better brace the manifold and turbo if you're using that header.

You ran a 13.4 @111mph in a AWD? That time is very slow for a car with practically no traction issues. THAT MPH IS VERY HIGH FOR THAT ET....IE YOU'RE MAKING A LOT OF POWER BUT NOT ABLE TO GET IT TO THE GROUND WITH AWD??? A guy here runs a 11.9@117mph in his GSX. Even I ran a 13.8 @103mph with 13" Sumitomo street tires in my old Crx.

I was simply asking a picture of your intercooler setup. If you had called my max rev kit junk, then I would asked for your whole setup, but this just pertains to the intercooler.

Feel free to send me a PM but this is my last post on this thread, since the item is no longer for sale.

2000psi 06-08-2003 09:07 PM

Re:fs: Greddy Air-To-Water INTERCOOLER

Just to end this thread for good:
the 13.4 is a very good time....I was using the stock turbo. 2 seconds off my stock 1/4 mile time is very good using only intake /exhaust mods. You are obviously not familiar with DSMs. all this on an engine/turbo that had 135K miles on them. goodnight
