this is unassembled the obd1 plugs have a good 12-13 inches of wire on em. the obd0 plugs are from obd0 ECU and instructions on printed sheet.

I thought you were already obd1? if you're not, it's not that hard to put together, you'd think soldering on the obd0 b and c plugs would be hard, but it's pretty easy, just solder one point close the the plastic, and the one on top further back so they don't touch, easy.
