I'm located in NE Ohio. This thing is pretty heavy, but does come apart easy to ship. But honestly, I think its gonna be more than $15 to ship, in which case you might as well go to your local Harbor Freight and buy this one: http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...emnumber=32915
