its perfect... no oil leaks... spins freely... little shaft play side to side like a normal used turbo and NONE in and out

no the adapter isn't for a 14b... and what size are the 14b oil drain flange??? not sure if i want to part out.... everything is down to $350 shipped now.... let me know!
