1) its not a complete top end

2)i dont have 400 bux to spend

If someone buys this soon, I will throw in a distributor, fuel rail and injectors. Then it will be complete besides a vtec solinoid

-head with all internals
-stock springs and retainers
-stock black valve cover
-stock B16 cams and gears
-obd1 intake manifold with injectors and fuel rail
-oem head gasket, used but in great condition
