His money is being held for 20 days, after which the claim escilates to a dispute, and paypal decided who gets the $$

I have still heard NOTHING from this user. Also, no product.

I would recommend not buying from this guy as he has a history of scamming members.

UPDATE:
I Finally got ahold of this dudes phone #, and Gave him a call...

He seemes like a fairly nice dude on the phone. I grilled him for awhile, and he claims he shipped the turbo, (when he said he did)... and the other buyer actually replied saying he recieved his turbo. He will be checking with the shipping center (he shipped thru work.) to see what is happing with the shipment.

We exchanged contact info, He is checking into the situation, and will get back to me... So we'll see. Ill keep you guys updated.

Hopefully we can find something out, and clear his name. Idunno.

Ok, UPDATE:

Seller is Legit...
I recieved the turbo (in good working order) Apparently the zip code was incorrect, and the packaged never shipped/was returned?

He also kept in touch with me on the phone, and was very friendly, and helpful. I would do business with this seller in the future.
