hey dude what kinda drop are those springs? say i used the h/r on the rear and the progs on the front
and the h@r's, what rate are they? like some 1k lb race springs or what?

so go buy a new one from honda 
its just fine, no spun bearing or anything, get er polished and shes good. machine shop will tell u what u need to klnow
