So my crx was totalled and I have a 97 civic ex that needs the head bolted up and timing belt put on, and a 95 $500 integra that needs the head swapped.

The civic has the head ready, just needs to be bolted on and everything connected. The integra needs the head swapped.

Do it and i'll throw you the turbo kit I got from sinister since i'm straying from d-series.

Can I do it? yes. Do I want to? hell no. The civic had a lot of bullshit go on, I swapped the head once and it ran worse. I know I didn't do it wrong because i've done it before on other cars.

I can vouch for a decent turbo setup and to his laziness :P We put a spare head I had that I got off H-T. So we aren't sure if it was the head or what. We did it over and over and it just wouldn't work right.

 

I vouch that the turbo setup looked pretty good in my bedroom, and am now kicking myself for letting it go since I now have a civic to throw it on. Also the previous owner of the turbo setup before me ran it on 10 lbs I believe with no problems afaik.

 

How far are you from Pensacola? I assume you have all the tools needed?

 

sell me the transmission from that Rex. I'll prolly come and help take it out.

 

Blackice, you can HAVE the crx transmission if you come up here and fix it. Odd thing is, I'm going to pensacola this weekend for the Tool concert. It's about a 5 hour drive I think, according to mapquest. I'm allllll the way in north alabama.
