Wait, so you were supposed to send something back, but instead you're giving it away? How about you send that ---- to me. I always send out parts when people need something different and nobody ever sends me ---- back, and I don't have time to roust them, so send it back if you were supposed to. :3

Even though my site says "double check your turbo's dimensions against the dimensions listed" and "we will not be responsible if you don't notify us that you need a different sized ______". I haven't ever checked anyone on it, I just send out the parts they are in need of as long as they aren't trying to give me attitiude. And getting people the parts they need is a higher priority than making people wait for their part to be returned to me before I send it out. It's an integrity based system, but you can probably guess how that works out most of the time.

I don't know what the deal is with this one, but if someone lists that they were "supposed to", that leads me to believe this is one of those situations where the integrity system didn't work.

The one time that I do remember the system working is either JD or Turboef9 (one of those ecu nerds) was for some reason shipped 2 oil line kits when they only ordered 1. He emailed me and asked if he could just keep it and I told him no, but I can't remember if he sent it back or not. My memory doesn't work well, but the integrity was in the email telling me he got 2. Even if he didn't send it back, the email was enough integrity for me. :-\
