prices arent really negotiable as much as they are the prices... a flat rate box is like 8bucks and some change... plus my time, packaging material (lol, yeah...right), gas, etc....

if your local and/or HMT OG i am flexible....otherwise pay the price and get a good deal, or suck a dick...
