hmmm weird i work for ups and i see rifles shotguns all the time and typically they are from person to person and not from a business to a person. I suppose they could just be licensed.

There are no loopholes when it comes to guns. You could break it down into every single piece, but the reciever still has to go through someone with a FFL. Everything else can be shipped without restirction. |
