Please don't use imagestation anymore. They did away with remote linking so your pics will now show as big red X's.

I think newbieforces.com has free hosting.

How big of a dp could you use with a 1/2" block off flange? At least 2" And would it be extra, if so how much, to get a 35mm wg flange put on there?

It might be worth fabbing one with the flange positioned slightly offset to the passenger side if you can run the pipe like that, since I know a ton of people would love to use that with a nice big dp.

The Turbo is a T3/T4 Garret with a .48 AR Turbine and a .70 Compressor housings, I believe the pic may be a bit decieving, but it is a larger Turbo, probably more turbo than anyone would use on a D16.

The price is negotiable, but I would like to get $150 as-is (it has not been used), or $175 with a wastegate flange.

We tried one with an offset flange, but there will be more backpressure due to tighter restrictions on No 3 Cyl, not to mention all of the fitment problems. You may see that one soon, just to get rid of it.

This is the first of our production entry level Turbo Manifolds for the D series Engines. Eventually we hope to make some equal length Tubing Headers as well.

In answer to your request about the DP, with 1/2" block off plate, you will be hard pressed to get a 2-1/2" (exhaust tubing)DP past the A/C without dimpling the pipe. I have plans to make a 3/8 block-off plate and use a truncated 2-1/2 close 90 weld fitting with dimpling to clear the A/C. After I make it, I'll have a better idea of cost. Tune in later next week to see pics.

Now for something you don't know about the manifold. The manifold flange is CNC port matched and counter bored to the pipe fittings to improve initial flow characteristics. After welding into position, only minor grinding in the ports is required for best flow. I will get some pics up eventually to show the details.

For those of you who feel $150/$175 is too much:
1) Make me an offer, who knows, I might need the money!
2) Have you ever tried to make a Marketable Performance Manifold? It is not so easy.

I think $150-$175 is a damn good price for that manifold. What else can you get for that price besides a ------- HF manifold and an adapter?

BUMP for a good price and for someone(not saying who)who I know is looking for a manifold.

Are you custom making manifolds now? I'm looking for one for a WRX TD04L that is A/C compatible. Can you do anything for me?

BMC..

I think if you started making custom manifolds, that flow better than log manifolds, which would clear a/c for under $300 they would sell. I interested in paying you for a custom manifold. Half $$$ up front?
