No, those prices were not inclusive of shipping. USPS priority mail 2-3 days generally runs $4.85-$6.25 for an ECU.
these prices are basically a third-half off what I usually charge, FYI.

Custom rev limit = 7500
Launch limiter (if there is one) = 3800
stock h22a map

IAB = 3400 (if possible)

the p28 for b18c5. is it stock/jdm option only? i was looking for the skunk2 dohc program with 5700 vtec x-over and no rev limiter. let me know i have cash in hand. if it matters any the motor has comptech header and intake.

hart-n-sol: check reply on hondaswap and/or email me. You can get anything you want, but I'd have to say the skunk2 program isn't the best.

Turbo90Accord4DR: there is no such thing as a stock H22 program for a P28. If you want a P28, you use a custom program. If you want a stock program, you use a P13. You seem to want launch control and various other things, so I'll assume you slipped and didn't mean you wanted a stock program. IAB control is no problem, IAB, Launch, vtec is no problem HOWEVER this is too complicated to finish over a thread. Please email me.
