*B-series homemade turbo setup. I got this as part of a trade and haven't decided how much for sale yet so best offer for now. This what you get : T3 turbo airesearch (48/42 ar ,don't remember but will check on it, it has shaft and play), downpipe, homemade turbo maniflod. This was used on a gsr and will be a good starting point for a cheap setup.

sounds ok to me. The solenoid should be working, I took it off a wrecked car on the junkyard.

How about the guage cluster? Are you 100%sure it's a 90-91 cluster? Also, does it have the little blue plug on the back (2 wire plug)?

I think it was off a 90 civic si, I will double check for the little blue plug and post a pic of the back of the cluster as soon as I get home.

Edit: looks like it's 5 wire plug.(June 20 90 is stamped on it), anyway here is the pic
