I didn't say it magnetized the fuel. If your fuel isn't paramagnetic, this magnet won't affect it. Maybe 0.0001% but that won't help. A magnetic field (attraction force, wtf is it being attracted to?) won't shuffle anything. In your original post you say the ions are aligned then you say they're shuffled, which is it? Neither.
Anyways, just do a google search for magnet fuel scam. I am too drunk to get into details of magnetic fields and how they don't do a damn thing for fuel, or water like some people sell to clamp on to their house's water pipes to lower their heating bill.
I really have nothing against you, you're good people, but this isn't late night infomercial time. Might as well buy a turbonator to stick in your intake while you're at it.

The only thing magnets do is fool dynos (think the Joe Gibbs racing scandal last year, not letting you go WOT when stuck to the bottom of a pedal lol).
