DIY wide band, finished and working kit **** SOLD

***SOLD***

I have a complete DIY wide band kit with o2 sensor. It works, i've tried it. Not sure how accurate it is, I haven't had anything to compare it to, but i'd assume it's right. The box it's in is kinda ugly and big but it's the only one I had for it.

I'd just like to get what I spent on the kit and sensor and the few hours of my time out of it. Could really use some new ARP headstuds for my ls/vtec swap.

I dunno, best offer.. will post pics later.

No, it's a DIY wide band kit. http://www.diy-wb.com/
It uses a volt meter as a display, but it can be wired for use with uberdata data logging.

Switch on the front to turn it on. Light comes on about 15-20 seconds afterwards to let you know the o2 sensor is heated up. If the light doesn't come on it means there's a problem with your power source or something wrong with the o2 sensor heater.

I used it tonight to adjust the idle on my car using this and uberdata. Works great and the car idles great now too, hehe. :D

The kit in a project box:

It says try not to power from cigarette lighter, but I do. Should probably hard wire it into the car though. Red wire if for the positive lead from your digital volt meter and the green is for negative.

I'm not looking for a fortune for the device. I just want the project cost and sensor cost from it. Basically looking for enough money so I can buy myself a set of ARP head studs and some left over money to put towards a head gasket to finish my ls/vtec setup. Best offer.

Oh and the volt meter is the display. It gives you a number like 2.5, then you take that number and compare it to the chart: http://www.diy-wb.com/v_out.htm and that'll tell you your air/fuel is 14.7. If you're using uberdata, it's built into uberdata and it'll do the conversion for you if you hook it up through the ecu. I've never done this, i've always used the volt meter.

Also, there's no warranty, but I can tell you it works.. not sure how well, because I never had anything to compare it to, but i'd say by the way my car is idling, that it works pretty good.

This is the unit I use and just to let people know It works well. I'm not sure how accurate it is but I noticed a HUGE difference once I was tuned with it.

And if you don't like the idea of a voltmeter for output the www.diy-wb.com site has an inexpensive 40 LED readout you can build. That's what I'm doing.
