boy that block is fucked unless u round off those edges where u notched it. it should be notched like a oval not squared off. when squared off it makes a stress point and can acuse your block to come apart where u cut it. + u need to leave room for clearances when under high rpm.

The edge on the cylinder wall can also dig into the bottom of the piston. The edges should be ovalled as said above and the cylinder wall edge should be very lightly sanded where you ground it out.
