I have a friend w/ a VW that needs something custom. He has ~8" of space for IC hight, but needs the inlet outlet on the same side. I was thinking either an 8" core with the tanks setup for dual flow, or a 6" tall core with a crossover pipe on it.
That is 8" tall, so an X-over pipe & 6" should fit if it is really tight against the core. That car has a different engine, so it has different pipe routing.
Can you do that?

Sorry, dude. We're not trying to screw anybody, but can you imagine the havoc if we starting trying to honor the sale price on orders that came before the sale (yours was placed four days before the sale started - 4/15). Then we'd have people wanting to know why they couldn't get the price when they ordered six days before, eight days - two weeks ago? You get the picture. This was a split decision last night based on the amount of extra 6" core we have that needs to be turned into units and moved on out of the shop. We try to be as fair as we can. Hey, $200.00 shipped is still a damn good price on these units (I know I'm a bit biased because I'm the wife of the builder, but hey, they are STILL damn good units!!)
