Yes it has everything just havent installed cams in it yet. Stock b16 cams and gears will be installed upon request with purchase of longblock. No intake manifold, injectors, fuel rail, pres. reg. TB and dist. No trades unfortunately need cash priced to sale $800 for head no cams no cam gears.........

 

wow that a really good price,block alone would cost 2500 to build,maybe more.
