Both brand new!! The turbo timer is still in the box with everything included!! The fuel pump is also brand new for the 88-91 crx/civic 255LPH Walbro. It probably fits newer civics also but i dont know for sure. The pics are off the net but they look EXACTLY the same. Brand New!

yeah so he'll take a big hit for it. haha i dont think so. i see people selling junkyard turbos for 100+ knowing they spent less than 50 bucks for the damn things. as you can see his ---- is brand new still packaged. dont be so damn cheap

Yes the fuel pump is complete with the install kit. I can do $150 shipped for both the turbo timer and fuel pump. let me know...
