B18 with tranny

For sale is a B18 with the tranny in the Greely area. Pick up only. It has a thrown rod but could be rebuilt. If you are in Denver or around there it would be perfect for you. $350 obo. let me know ASAP

what tranny is it? ls,gsr,b16? be a little more detailed. if its a ls then cool. would you sell it seperate and ship it out possibly?

I will have to get back with the guy that is selling it. I don't think that he wants to ship it at all.

if it has a thrown rod then hows it repairable? you mean spun bearing?

No it has a thrown rod. You will have to replace it with a new rod. Make an offer on the tranny. He will sell them separate. And there is still no shipping.

throwing a rod = hole in the ------- block, and for the most part destroyed girdle

how the hell you suggest that gets fixed? JBweld?

Yes you can fix it. If you want I can tell you how. And now there isn't a hole in the block just a crack. Its fixable. I haven't popped it open to see whats inside of it. But I can get you pictures. Its a hydro tranny.
