why not put studs in teh threaded holes while spaying? they should be loose and easy to remove afterwards, as long as you do so before the paint dries.

according to your original post, it seems you are selling a service.

Not knocking your work or anything, heck I may even be interested in getting some stuff done by you, but it does appear you are selling a service in which chris would be correct and a sponsorship would be in order

i got one for ya bud. you do powder coatings! nice!!!!! me and my fater do it too! have you ever tried any ceramic coatings for your exhaust? we have been doing colored ceramic flame jobs on 2-stroke exhaust and many other funky things. ill get some pics of the flames but for now heres some pics of my starion motor ive built entirely powder coated and ceramic turbo black manifold and housing. also some pics of completly custom powder coated 1990 honda cr500. ohh and a small tip. make plugs for bolt holes out of high temp silicone. if you dont it is possible to snap a tap off chasing a hole. certain powders are really hard. we can do things as big as engine blocks, sled chassis, wheeler/bike frame ect. and hes not kidding the colors range from anything you can come up with in your own mind. candys, pearls, metallics and metallics in all sorts of colors.

oh yeah. if it does not look good to us we strip and recoat too. we also plug and tape off everything. there will be no sandblast media or powder residue in your oil baffle inside the valve cover. heres another pic of the motor in that bike. done in a harley davison high heat wrinkle black with a gold flake metallc. pic doesnt do it justice. its black in dim light and shines gold when the light hits it right!

These are pretty cheap and work great, there was somebody else on ebay a while back that was selling them in a much large assortment and amount for a few more bucks....but I can not find them now.
