Alpine 6 disc cd changer, with 6 disc magazine. Part number CHM-S601. This came out of a 1996 civic, and at least for that year it was a dealer installed accessory. Has an 8-prong adapter, but no extension. It is my understanding that you can buy these extensions at Radio Shack, but I have not personally seen them there.

I left six cd's in the magazine, and part of the deal is you sending me back my cd's once you install the changer.
