so, since u fail to respond to my PM.. judging by the date of this last post of "waiting for money to clear" it has now been almost a month, n u sed u shipped it out, what like 2-3 weeks ago? n u gave me a bogus tracking number that dusnt even work... sooo wats the scoop man?

----, a month is a long time. Even if he sandbagged 10 days before he shipped it, it still would have been there a week ago at the absolute slowest shipping possible. He's active on this site too, he signed in yesterday PM, so if he's not replying to your PM's he's definitely ignoring them because he sees them.

Good luck man, hopefully you get your part(s), but when it's been that long it's hard to do because the longer it goes on the more likely he's just trying to ignore you and hope it goes away. You can do a Paypal dispute, but we all know how that goes. 80% of the time you don't get a full refund if you even get anything at all.

The only good thing is that if you do start a dispute and eventually a claim; he'll have to pay you your $ before he can use his Paypal account again.

 

yeah, well zex_cool on here, already scammed me 350 for a vtec head n ---- bac in like november... , n sed hed refund me in like january n then neva did n idk, so this really gets under my skin. im about to go ape ----
