It's a TO4B. Expect the compressor (inducer) to be either 54.5mm, 48.4mm, or 46.5mm. The TO4B-H is closer to 60mm at just over 58mm, but I've only seen it in the .70 a/r TO4B compressor cover. I can't see the compressor wheel in the pictures, but IB it's either an S or V trim as those are by far the most common compressors in those era TO4B's. TO4B's did come with larger compressors (IIRC the 60-1 is actually a TO4B compressor) but not in the .60 a/r compressor cover. The 60-1 is just over 59mm and I have a really hard time thinking you can find a larger to4b compressor wheel than that.

he told me its a a v-trim. Great compressor. 54.5mm and 100% efficient till about 42lbs/min

More like 46-49lbs/min. IDK where I got 42 from. Looks like maybe even a little more (not 100% though, but not just blowing hot air) judging by the compressor map. V-trim is an excellent compressor for a street car looking for 400whp>. Turn that turbo into a T3/TO4B v-trim and you've got a quick spooling little monster. So what if it's old technology; the compressor map looks excellent and it's cheap. Sure there are better/more efficient turbos, but you could get that one into T3/T4 configuration for $300 total and nothing could touch it in that price range in terms of response and top end. 54.5mm inducer is damn good sized for a street car and will allow you to make excellent power without sacrificing your low end. It's still a T4 compressor, so it won't spool like a T2 or something, but I'd say if you went with a 68 trim turbine in a .48 a/r housing (would limit top end) you could get it pretty close in spool to a T3 60 trim off a t-bird. A little slower, but not much at all. The map looks excellent for ~30 year-old technology IMO.

I have a garret m24 tbo327 if your interested. 50 trim, the compressor is .42 and the turbine is .48 and it has shiny new bearings in it. PM me for more details and all that.

I just pick up the same turbo for 39.99 to my door.
