you use studs on both sides guys, 3/8 inch. the hf manio wont block anything the stud lines up flush with the top of the plate.

I would definately do that but the price is twice as much, unfortunately I need to go as cheap as possible on my project. I love the way that guy's adapter plates look though. :)

has anyone gotten their damn plate yet? supposedly mine was shipped on the 2nd...then he turned around and said it was shipped out on the 12th....WTF?

hotrex. if you havent shipped my plate or made it yet, just send my money/gasket back. i'll get one from someone else. i've been waiting on this plate for a LONG TIME...i sent the check out on 6/16 and i need to hurry up and get the damn plate to finish my kit...i shouldnt have to wait this long to get something when you said yourself was easy to make.....
