I skipped the "125" fad and went with a real bike(250) and never looked back to see where the guys on the 125's went. :P
No, but seriously, you have to be a light mother ****** to make a 125 move. Hotrex told me he jumped on a 125 not too long ago. He weighs in at like 260.
