Re: 90-93 B-series cable tranny parts for sale
I will def take the the speedo ring gear as I have a OBX LSD to install in my B18A cable tranny.Isnt the stock LS final drive 4.26?I will take the 4.40 if that will fit fine in my 91 B18A tranny a S1 I guess it is.I am in Canada though at postal code V2K 1G4 Prince George BC Canada. You dont happen to have any new diff bearings around do you? They are a pain in the *** to get here as there is no Acura delaer and the Honda dealer cries when i give them a part number that isnt one of there stocking numbers.

90-93 USDM all had 4.40 FD's
66 teeth on the ring gear, 15 teeth on the pinion.countershaft. What is your tranny out of? The JDM B16 Y1 got the 4.266 FD, you likely already have a 4.400 FD.
Since USPS has a flat rate small priority envelope, $4.25 to Canada, the $20 shipped on the speedo gear remains unchanged.
The diff bearings, goto Honda and get diff bearings for a 92-2000 EX/Si (not sure what your models are in Canada)
40x80mm EX D-series diff bearing
40x80mm LS diff bearing,
Besides, Honda is cheaper than Acura

Good deal. The tranny is out of a 1991 Integra LS.I would check the ring gear but it is currently in my buddies 92 GSR as he shattered his diff so I have lent it to him to get around with.Maybe you can answer another question for me too. Will my stock diff fit in my friends 92 GSR B17 tranny? If so maybe i should buy that diff from you and the LS 5th if he is interested to save on down time.I had read that the GSR 92-92 used internals more like the hyfdro trannys then the cable though.Im just heading out to work but what is your paypal i will send funds for the speedo ring gear as soon as i get home. Thanks for the info on the diff bearings too. In Canada the EX was the SI [D16Z6] and the SI[B16] was the SIR.
This is the site I have been using to referance gearing etc but tranny info for Hondas is so hard to find any clear decisive info. You are the best source for tranny info i have found on the net.
