i guess tacked is like a one hit weld wonder. So I still say he's sending them out like the first pic, 4 bars, cut at at 2 angles. You put it together yourself and weld them yourself.

yes, in the post, its tacked together just so people can see what it looks like together, but like AgentMurdoc said, I will send them out unwelded

its actually a decent deal with the price of steel these days, plus making those cuts would be difficult for some people, unless they have access to a bandsaw/chopsaw of some sort.
