Default 1995 GS-T with a 6 bolt and some tastefull mods in Bellingham, WA

This is a slight project car that I'm not going to continue with anymore because I just got another car and need to use my funds and time to get it where I want it. This car is great fun and I enjoyed it for the 3 years I owned it. It has some minor mods done to it and has the 6 bolt swap so it's not even close to as prone to crankwalk as a 7 bolt. It can crankwalk like any motor, but not like the 7 bolt that's known for it. As it sits I'll take $3500. If you want me to finish it then the price will be way higher. I figured if someone else wants to take the time then they can save some serious dough and have a great car.

The only issue the car has is a short in the upper wiring harness from a few peoples' diagnoses. It ran absolutely perfect until I went to turn it on one morning and the ignition fuse popped. I hate wiring so I just let it sit and drove my Saab SPG. After it sat for awhile I parted out the turbo set-up to buy a few things and then it sat for a little while more and now I got the new DSM so I'm just not into working on 2 of them. The car was excellent and ran smooth and strong for its whole life until the short though. Compression on the motor is great and all are within 10psi of each other. The most power this car made was at 20psi on a 16g; definitely not a lot for the 6 bolt to handle. Here are the mods that are done to it and will come with the car.

-Genuine Apex' N1 3" turbo-back exhaust
-Punishment Racing 3" 02 housing
-Stock 14b (rebuilt and not run since)
-Ported 2G exhaust manifold
-Injen intake with new RS Akimoto filter
-Cometic HG (head was decked, block was not. no leaking at all ever)
-ARP headstuds
-1G "big" rods on 2G 8:5:1 pistons
-new Greddy kevlar timing belt and tensioner/pulley
-1995 Eprom ECU
-Digital Tuning Inc datalogger set-up with OBD2 cable and Palm M100 (new)
-Powdercoated intake manifold and valve cover (red and flawless)
-Apexi' AFC1
-EVO9 560cc fuel injectors
-EVO8 195lph fuel pump
-17" wheels and Nitto Neo-Gen 225/45/zr17 tires (at least 85% tread)
-Drop Zone coilovers and KYB struts
-Kenwood deck with Blaupunkt transparent series 6.75"(front) and 6"x9" (rear)
-Tranny out of a 98 GS-T that had less than 60k on it! The thing is mint, no grinds or noises at all. Highish rpm shift just fine.
-Centerforce clutch and new master/slave cylinders
-Polly motor mounts
-Hallman mbc
-Autometer boost, egt, and blinky light show gauges.
-SPAL 10" slim fans
-Optima

That's all I feel like listing, but it has more mods. All done right and not hacked (maybe a little rigged on a few things :P). Just check-out the pics if you want. The brakes are rusty from the damn PNW moisture, but it's just surface rust and will be gone with driving. The car itself has NO rust on it and has been stored inside my shop 90% of the time. If anyone can do wiring or has the patience to go through and find the short then they will earn a great car that's worth much more than $3k. I paid $7500 for her (overpaid a little I know, but she was clean and still is) and then put another $6-8k into her over a couple years. I had plans of going further, but that short happened and I had another car and just got another DSM, so I figured I'd offer someone else the opportunity to have a great daily driver that is quite quick.

I have a clean title and all that. The paint is excellent but needs washing. In the pics it's been sitting for about 2 months, so it's not spiffed up for the market. Also, the 17" wheels on there are now brushed aluminium instead of bronze. To me it makes it look cleaner. The front is converted to 2Gb and is painted the same OEM color as the rest of the car. It has an aggresive stance and looks great with the limo tint. The front mount is off because I needed it for my other car, but the sidemount is on there and works great especially with the stock turbo. I installed a new bumper support too because I had to cut the other one for the fmic. The interior is grey leather and is an 8 out of 10 which means there's slight wear, but no rips or anything like that. I will include with the sale a complete extra grey leather interior and all plastics inclusing the dash and airbags. You can either save it or sell it to absob some of the cost.

If nobody buys this thing then I'm going to part it out, but I really really really don't want to do that because it'll take too long and I'll have to sell everything individually and deal with extreme lowballing and it'll just be a cluster ---- I don't want to deal with. The price is OBO, so if you want to make me a real offer then feel free to do that. Otherwise pay my asking price and you'll get a hell of a deal and enjoy the ---- out of this thing. You can even buy it to part out at this price and make way more than you'll pay. I just don't have the time or energy to do that. If you want to contact me to talk further just PM me. Here are pics. Sorry for the length of the ad I just wanted to make sure I portrayed the car correctly. The car comes with a ton of extras if you want them. Damn near enough to create another car lol. Thanks for looking if you've made it this far.

What are you asking for the ECU?

---- I thought this thread died a long time ago haha. I listed the car on Craigslist too and it got flagged for removal because I was selling it cheap and people thought it was a scam. I have a 1995 TSi AWD now that takes all my time and love so no need for the GST. I rewired the engine harness and found a short in the AFC wiring, so that's unfucked. All it needs at this point is a turbo and a LICP. The engine is a 1992 6 bolt with 1G big rods on 2G pistons. I pushed it into the shop about 2 weeks ago and drained the fluids and winterized it and was planning on either parting it out and putting the 7 bolt back in and selling it or putting a new turbo on it and selling it, but I'm just too swamped.

Yes I'll take trades for anything interesting. I'd love a good quad or dirt bike or fishing boat or even a big *** plasma TV. You can just add cash if your trade doesn't equal mine. The car has thousands of dollars in mods in it, but I'm aware that doesn't really raise the value so I'm willing to take a substantial loss. If you want to trade me for a car I'd be down as long as it's something I like. No rice mobiles.

As for the ECU, I'm going to hold onto it and get rid of the car as a whole. Parting out may be possible, but not for single items. The ECU is a socketed Eprom I used for DSMLINK. Besides, this is HMT and I'm not selling my 1995 Eprom for $75 lol. Anyone interested can PM me. Thank-you.

Still no turbo. I just got a PTE 50 trim, DSMLINK, FMIC, and fuel support for my AWD Talon and then I got pulled over so now it's in impound and I had to send them over $4k so they wouldn't auction it off. I don't even have 2 nickels to rub together at this point, so no turbo. I am working on getting a 14b or a 16g together for cheap. The motor is awesome though. I drove the car to California and back twice, so I trust the ---- out of it.
