doesnt run right now

This is a 1993 Honda Civic EX four door sedan, maroon exterior gray interior. It has 170,xxx miles on it, I have only put about 1000 on it personally. It is a 4 speed automatic transmission and the D16Z6 for those who dont know. You'll notice the springs look saggy in a few pictures, i replaced those Vouches in signature, location is prospect pa. Any questions?

 

Do you know why its not running? Spark? Fuel? Compression? Thanks!

good god.. Id scoop this thing in a second if I were in the area.. that is a crackhead price.. unless there is some major body damage that Im not seeing.. Does it have any qp rust or any unpictured damage? Looks to be in great condition...

Can't, I don't have anywhere to fix it Mechanic told me he'd fix it, for an absurd amount of money.
