Default 1956 Ford F-100 for restoration *with Pic

Well, here is my next thing for sale...its not turbo, nothing to do with hondas/imports, anything. My dad and I bought a 1956 F-100 last year and was gonna restore it, but dad just bought a Harley, and the truck has to go. Not much has been done to the truck, but It has a brand new set of running boards, a rebuilt 292, 3 speed on the tree, new wire harness complete(not installed) its a total restoration vehicle. If anyone knows anyone who would want this, the asking price is $4,000. Its a solid truck from texas, body is in really great shape. Very solid. The bed is in ok shape, nothing to brag about, with some time and effort, it would be a really bad *** truck. I'm not shipping it, it will have to be a pick up only.

the way it sits now...

i started the interior...i have the cluster, but it needs replaced to.

292

front suspension

9" rear end

well there it is. it would make for such a bad *** truck, and I really dont wanna see it go, but dad just got his new harley which he has wanted for so long, so i understand why he wants to get rid of it. I am still working on getting the title into my name, so the truck isnt ready to go just yet, but it will be ready in about 3 weeks or so...

I guess you could call this a "bump" but I just wanted to add to the top that I am in Jacksonville, NC

edit
I could help with shipping maybe on a weekend, like an 8 hour drive in any direction. I don't have a truck that would tow anything, but I would rent a uhaul/trailer at buyers expense. Ohh yeah, and the buyer would have to put me in a motel or something, cause if I drive 8 hours, I'm not making it a 16hr road trip there and back. 8 hours would get me to the DC area, so someone in the new england area, it would be a half way meet...or if I drove 8 hours west, that would put me in TN, KY area, 8 hours south/south west would put me in SC, GA, area...

8 hours east would be a boat trip....(i live on the coast of NC, mid state)

ohh yeah, and I want at least $3000 in my hand before I deliver + expense of delevery of the truck.

This thing will go on egay if no one wants it on here, when I get the title back...

Put that ****** on ebay, people pay good cash for un rotten iron like that. That thing would be sweet with a turbo/ injected 351 windsor.

funny you say that, I know where a 302(5.0) mustang enigne is in a junk yard, no tranny, but its the one with the High output heads on it.its just layin in the engine pile. :sad to see:
its a solid enigne. needs rebuild, but you could get the engine for like $200 bucks I think....
I was gonna get it but, now were sellin the truck so....

I will first put it in the local paper, then egay it. I'm gonna get the title in hand before that though.

If anyone else is interested in that 302 though let me know. I'm not shipping that ****** though!

well, I was just gonna make a "to the top, last call before it goes to egay" thread, but instead I think I will rock on this ------ idiot.

you see a 1956 f100 is a little differnt than a CRX, yeah, you can buy a crx for $2000....so what, who the ---- cant? (me, im broke) you are comparing apples to oranges here. humm a classic ford truck, solid as a rock, and yes it is running you moron (read the post's) I think you should think about things a little bit buddy.

-and a loss, I will not take a loss on this. I have $3000 in it as it sits, and I don't think I will be taking a loss on it. The right person will give me $4,000 for it, or really dam close to it. I promise. SO taking a loss on it....I don't think so.

humm a classic truck to restore...
a 89 CRX....
you compare things...

WTF! thats like sayin, I got a better deal on my honda than you did your chevelle!

shut up. :smack:

1.now you know how I felt when you harassed me -------, that trucks worth more than four k without the motor, im just tryin to show you what a ***** you are. 2. I highly doubt you would Have the ***** to talk to me like that in person so dont get tough with the keyboard. 3. try thinking before you pull the dick out of your mouth and speak, because you never know when someone might be having a hard time in life and all your doing is irratating an already disgruntled person who works seven days a week and goes to school for five and averages 15 hours of sleep a weak, so feel free to make your self feel good by calling me an idiot and a moron or whatever. thats all i got to say to your punk 17 year old ***.
