dose it come with the clips that you attache to the fan that you use to zip tie to the rad?

No a friend had it on his crx zip tied to the radiator. I traded him for a factory fan and did not get any additional hardware.

Sounds good, i wouldnt trust the ebay one's have heard good and bad reviews about them.
